The Season of Tranquility
The festive season is all about giving. But, why not give yourself the gift of tranquility this winter. Arriving at Nita Lake Lodge, you'll be immersed in the Christmas spirit as you're welcomed by our gnome-adorned Christmas tree. Our Guest Services team will greet you and provide all the information you need to make your winter getaway one for the memory books. As you step into your spacious suite with stunning views of the frozen lake or snowy Creekside Valley, you'll wonder why you didn't book earlier.
Nita Lake Lodge is a step from the Valley Trail. Wander among the snow or use our fat tyre winter bikes (available for guests) to explore the trail. If you're looking to get up the mountain as early as possible, we're a short walk from Creekside Gondola or our courtesy shuttle is available to take you to and from Whistler Village.
Following a day on the hill, there's only one place to go for après, our very own Cure Lounge & Patio. Sip on a Millennial's Pumpkin Spice Marg, refreshing pint, or Nonny's non-alcholic beer. To ensure your ski legs last the trip, visit The Spa at Nita to be pampered from head to toe. With any treatment you get full access to all of their amenities, including relaxation lounge, eucalyptus steam room and roof top hot tubs. To fuel up, head to The Den for a delicious dinner that focuses on loacl farm-to-table produce. Finally, sink into bliss in our plush king-sized beds and get ready to do it all again tomorrow!

Event Season
Creekside Christmas Market
On December 3rd 2023, Creekside Village comes alive with their Christmas Market and Mini Santa’s Village. This enchanting experience takes place from 11am – 4pm and is not to be missed! As you make the short walk from Nita’s doorway, step into the festive spirit as you stroll through the market filled with local vendors offering unique, handcrafted gifts, and delicious seasonal treats.
With a snow-covered backdrop, it’s the perfect opportunity to purchase Christmas gifts while supporting small, local businesses. Keep an eye out for Santa as he may make an appearance too! This magical experience will get you into the Christmas spirit as you explore the wonders of Creekside Village.
Light Up the Village
Nothing says Christmas spirit like twinkling lights adorning trees and buildings among the snow-covered backdrop of Whistler. Take our courtesy shuttle service into the heart of Whistler Village and relish in the magical glow of the light displays. To fully immerse yourself, download the free Go Whistler Tours app (by Tourism, Whistler) and follow the three self-guided walking tours of the light displays.

Our NITA Gnomes: Nicklaus, Ivan, Thor & Axel, have been on their own adventures around the resort. They’ve loved their stay in our Nita Suite, received luxury pampering at The Spa, dined at The Den, and enjoyed a Bear Latte and Ranger Cookie from Fix Café. They have now settled in some hidden spots around the hotel and are waiting to be found.
From December 1st to 31st, your job is to locate all 4 gnomes, write their locations and your contact details on your entry card or via the online form, and pop the entry card in our ballot box by Reception. The winner will be picked at random on January 1st. Good Luck!

Festive Dining at The Den
It’s not truly Christmas without the food! This festive season, we’ve got a delightful range of dining options to suit every diner.
From December 22nd to January 1st, our Brunch Buffet will be available every day from 7am – 11am. With classic brunch items, an eggs benny station, pastry buffet and plenty of vegan options, there’s no better way to start your day! Plus, to immerse yourself in the festive spirit, don’t miss our Build-Your-Own-Caesar Bar.
Festive Turkey Dinner
From December 22nd to 24th, in addition to our a la carte offerings at The Den and full menu at Cure Lounge & Patio, there will be a Festive Turkey Dinner available. This 3 course menu is $69 adult / $35 kids + tax.
Christmas Day
Experience our incredible Winter Wonderland at Nita Lake Lodge this winter. After waking up in our plush king-sized beds, begin your Christmas Day with our Brunch Buffet from 11am – 2pm ($69 adult, $35 kids + tax), in The Nita Room. Spend the day on the mountain, get pampered at The Spa at Nita or explore the Valley Trail by bike! Our trail bikes can be booked via the Front Desk on the day.
After a day of festive activities, continue Christmas Day in the Nita Room. Among the Winter Wonderland you can enjoy a holiday buffet featuring a "harvest table" of cheese + charcuterie, Turkey + Ham carvery with all the fixings, "build your own" mashed potato bar, house made desserts, mulled wine, cider and hot chocolate, and a do-it-yourself gingerbread cookie decorating station for the kids – perfect for the whole family.
We will also be offering a 3-course turkey dinner “prix fixe” menu at The Den from 5pm – 9pm. Please note there will be no "a la carte" service in The Den on December 25th. However, we will have regular menu offerings in the Cure Lounge & Patio, ideal if you would like an alternative Christmas dinner. Book your Christmas experiences today.
